広島県のフェアリースキンシリーズの1つで青蝋石といわれる銘石です。
青蝋石といわれますが、淡緑色がかっており、含有する成分の偏りにより黄色や赤、グレーや青など様々な色合いを見せることが特徴です。
産地の勝光山は様々な鉱物が産出されるため、サファイヤやゲータイトヘマタイトなどたくさんの鉱物が含まれます。

This Japan stone is one of Hiroshima Prefecture's Fairy Skin Series and is known as blue agalmatolite stone. Although it is called blue agalmatolite stone, it has a pale green hue and can show a variety of hues, including yellow, red, grey and blue, depending on the composition of the components it contains. Mount Shoko, where Blue Fairy Skin is produced, is a place that produces a variety of minerals, such as sapphire, goethite and hematite.
