「ちゅらうみ」とは沖縄弁で、美しい海を意味します。
沖縄の美しい海岸で産出されるチャートといわれる堆積岩です。
清らかな滑らかさと色合いが、沖縄の海を彩り、魅了します。
硬く、刃物でも簡単には傷が入りません。
地質が珊瑚の化石で構成される沖縄では、貴重な石です。
青いものから赤いものもあり、沖縄の海を思わせる美しい色合いが特徴です。
シーサーと組み合わせることで、よりパワーを発揮するといわれています。

"Churaumi" means beautiful sea in Okinawa dialect. CHURAUMI Stone is a sedimentary rock called chert that is mined from Okinawa's beautiful coastlines. Its pure smoothness and color make Okinawa's seas become more colorful and captivating them. It is hard and cannot be easily scratched even with a blade. It is a precious stone in Okinawa, where the geology is composed of coral fossils. It comes in beautiful colors from blue to red, make people think of Okinawa seas. It is said that when you use the CHURAMI Stone with a shisa (a traditional Ryukyuan cultural artifact and decoration), it unleashes even more power.
