[Notice] Notice of transition from Nekopos to Kuroneko Yu-Packet from Thursday, August 1, 2024

We would like to inform you that we will be discontinuing Yamato Transport's "Nekoposu" service, which we use to deliver small packages, and will be starting to use "Kuroneko Yu-Packet" instead.
・Last day for Nekopos shipping: Wednesday, July 31, 2024
Kuroneko Yu-Packet shipping start date: Thursday, August 1, 2024
Starting with shipments from August 1, 2024, all orders that are eligible for Nekopos will be shipped via Kuroneko Yu-Packet.
Kuroneko Yu-Packet is a service in which Yamato Transport accepts packages, submits them to Japan Post, and delivers them using Japan Post's delivery network.
■About shipping: The delivery time for Kuroneko Yu-Packet will be one day slower than before due to the need to hand it over from Yamato Transport to Japan Post, and according to official guidance, the shortest delivery time is about 3 days to 1 week (excluding remote islands and some areas).
(Since the item is not shipped by air, it may take more days if the destination is far away.)
If you are in a hurry, we ask that you consider using Takkyubin (Yamato Transport).
A postal worker will deliver it to your mailbox.
If it does not fit in your mailbox it will be returned.
Please check the delivery notice and contact the post office in charge.
■Regarding shipping costs, shipping costs will remain the same as before, at 280 yen nationwide.
If the total amount excluding tax after discounts such as coupons is 5,000 yen or more, shipping is free.
■Regarding size: The standard sizes for Kuroneko Yu-Packet are as follows.
If the package you wish to ship exceeds the size limit for Kuroneko Yu-Packet, we will change the shipping method to [Takkyubin (Kuroneko Yamato)]. Please note that we will not contact you to confirm the change, so we appreciate your understanding.
<Upper limit> Total length, width and thickness: within 60cm, longest side: within 34cm
<Minimum> Height: 14cm or more, Width: 9cm or more
Thickness: within 3cm Weight: within 1kg
■ Regarding the notation on the site: Going forward, we will gradually change the notation "Nekoposu" on our online shop to "Kuroneko Yu-Packet."
*We will be making the changes gradually, but we ask that you please change all instances of "Nekoposu" to "Kuroneko Yu-Packet."
