About membership registration

This website is a wholesale sales site exclusively for retailers.

If you are using the service for the first time, please enter your membership registration information on the account creation page .
After our review, we will send you an approval email and you will be able to purchase the product.

You can also register under your own name.
If you sell your products through a handmade craft sales app, etc., when registering, please fill in the "For those with sales channels" section with information about your sales activities, such as the name you use when selling (handle name, artist name, etc.) and the website or app where you sell your products.

*You may have to wait a few days after registration for review.
In that case, we may contact you by phone or email to confirm. Thank you for your understanding.
Once you have completed the registration, you will be able to log in and purchase the product at the purchase price.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will inform you of the final amount via email once the invoice amount has been determined.
Please wait to transfer the payment until the invoice amount has been confirmed.

If you would like to actually see our products in person, please feel free to visit our store in Shinsaibashi, Osaka, where our products are on display and for sale. (Open 10:00-18:00. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.)

Ordering process

  1. 1. Select the product you want to purchase

    Once you have decided on the product you want to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button and it will be added to your cart.
    If there are variations in size, color, etc., please select the variation you want.

  2. 2. Proceed to checkout (cart screen)

    Click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the screen to view the current contents of your cart.
    After checking the contents of your cart, click the "Proceed to checkout" button at the bottom of the page.
    *If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, use points, or enter any contact information, please enter it on this screen.
    You cannot change these fields on the next checkout screen.
    *The total price of the product will be displayed, but it does not include consumption tax, order/delivery discounts, or shipping fees.
    Please check the amount due on the next payment (checkout) screen.

  3. 3. Complete the purchase process (payment (checkout) screen)

    Enter your delivery information, payment method, billing address, etc.
    If you want to use a coupon, enter the coupon code.
    The amount due will be displayed, so please confirm it and press the payment button.

  4. 4. You will receive an order completion email.

    You will receive an email confirming your order has been placed.
    For customers paying by bank transfer, we will send you a separate email requesting the transfer, so please refrain from making any payment until you receive that email.
    *We regret that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

  5. 5. Your order will arrive

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
    Once your item has been shipped, you can check the shipping status using the tracking number provided in the email.
    Please contact us within one week for returns or exchanges due to product defects.

About payment methods

■Cash on delivery

The carrier used is Yamato Transport.
The cash on delivery fee is a flat rate of 300 yen (330 yen including tax).
(Cash on delivery fees are free for orders over 10,000 yen (excluding tax).)

About shipping date

We usually ship within three business days (excluding Sundays, public holidays, Obon, and the New Year holidays).
However, if it takes longer due to stock availability, we will contact you separately by email or phone.

If you would like to specify the arrival date and time (Yamato Transport only), please select your desired date and time on the cart screen before payment.

About delivery methods and shipping fees

You can choose the shipping method from the options below.
If you would like to pick up your order at a Stone Club physical store, please select "Pick up in store" under "Delivery address" when placing your order.

Nationwide flat rate of 700 yen (tax included)
*For Hokkaido and Okinawa, a remote island fee of 500 yen (tax included) will be charged.
Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen (excluding tax)!
* Free shipping applies to the price excluding tax after using coupons and various discounts/points.

■ Nekopos

Nationwide flat rate of 280 yen (tax included)
Free shipping for purchases over 5,000 yen (excluding tax)!
* Free shipping applies to the price excluding tax after using coupons and various discounts/points.

Regarding consumption tax

On this website, sales prices are listed both excluding and including tax.
・Standard tax rate: 10%
Any amount less than 1 yen will be rounded up or down.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

  • When the product arrives, please check the contents immediately.
  • Our shop does not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience (difference in image, ordering error, etc.) after an order has been confirmed.
    Please be aware of this before purchasing.
  • In the case of mail order sales, the cooling-off period under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act does not apply, so the cooling-off period cannot be used.
    However, if there is a quality problem with the product, we will accept returns or exchanges.
  • In the unlikely event that we have made a shipping error, the product is damaged, or there is a defective product, we will deal with the matter promptly, so please return the product within 7 days of receiving it.

    2. Return (exchange) product name

About points

Every time you shop at our store, you will earn points.
Normally, points equivalent to 1% of the product price after any discounts will be awarded at the time of product shipment.

The points you receive can be used as a discount on your next order, with 1 point equaling 1 yen .

Points are valid for 365 days from the date of award .

Products with the tag "# Not eligible for points" on the product page are not eligible for points.
