Some items will arrive in as little as a week, but in some cases it may take more than a month.

We usually ship within 3 business days (excluding Sundays, holidays, Obon, and New Year's holidays). However, if it takes longer due to inventory status, we will contact you separately.

We use Yamato Transport's Takkyubin and Nekoposu for delivery. We cannot accept requests to use other delivery companies.

Our shop does not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer reasons (difference in image, ordering mistake, etc.) after an order has been confirmed.
Please be aware of this before purchasing.
