Natural Stone l Ryugu Sari Stone
This is a stone from Ryugu Cave, a cave that is said to be "the entrance to the temple where dragons reside."
This stone, which is currently traded at high prices due to a ban on its collection, serves as one of the most powerful amulets in Buddhist faith.
In Thailand, high-ranking monks chant sutras and meditate in the Ryugu Cave as the culmination of their lifetime of training, eventually reaching a state of enlightenment and passing away.
Enjaku means attaining Buddhahood, completing one's journey of training and becoming one of the Buddha's highest-ranking disciples.
The deceased monks are carved into stone statues and are worshipped in the Thai Buddhist community.
They are often donated to temples and enshrined, and families who acquire these stones treat them as family heirlooms that they "never let go of."
